New AF Focus button and AF Focus Switch

Due to differences in camera software, the lens features a new AF Function Setting switch and AF Functionbutton, replacing the AF/MF Switch and AFL buttons found on the L-Mount and Sony E-mount. The switch canbe toggled to change the function of the button between AF Lock and AF activation on the fly.

The lens can be zoomed inor out by turning the zoom ring for precise control, or bypushing and pulling the lens hood to quickly react to fastpaced action. Set the AF Limiter switch on the side of thelens to control the focus range, to reduce lens huntingwhen shooting busy scenes and when subjects are a setdistance away. Macro and portrait photographers cantake advantage of the 1:4.1 magnification ratio and 160cmminimum focus distance at 400mm to capture close-upimages with creative background compression.

Improved Optical Stabilisation

As the lens has been optimised for FUJIFILM cameras, the stabilisation effect has increased from four to fivestops. This can allow users to shoot in lower light conditions with slower shutter speeds, with improved results

The effective focal range of the lens is increased to 150-600mm when shooting on APS-C sensors.
