Mae Ploy tom yam curry paste is a thick red brown paste with a spicy aroma. It is reddish brown in colour. Store refrigerated, in an air tight container, away from direct light.

Ingredients

Lemon Grass 22%, Soybean Oil 20%, Sugar 9%, Shallot 8%, HVP (Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein “Soya”) 6%, Dried Red Chilli 5%, Garlic 5%, Galangal 5%, Salt 3%, Citric Acid (E330) 2.5%, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp 83%. Salt 17%) 2%, Tamarind 2%, Fish Sauce (Anchovy 70%) 2%, Monosodium Glutamate (E621) 2%, Dried Shrimp 1%, Kaffir Lime Peel 0.5%

Directions

Mix 1-2 tablespoons of paste with 2 cups of water or stock. Bring to a boil, then add your choice of vegetables, meat, or seafood. Simmer until cooked. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
