Being offered for sale is the antique EDWARD VOM HOFE No. 504 "TOBIQUE" 2/0 SALMON MULTIPLYING FLY REEL (features German silver screws, pillars, rims, on/off knob, handle arm screw, handle counterbalance cap & drag adjustment knob plus aluminum handle, foot & spool flanges) with ORIGINAL LEATHER HARD-CASE, from circa the mid -to- late 1930's or early 1940's (best guess as per marked "C62" serial number at foot (indicating a post-1933 example)), as seen in the pictures/as described in the title. We are NOT vintage reel experts but this reel looks to be in excellent vintage condition and seems to be full functional. It has a strong click and fully functional adjustable drag with red indicator dots. We see NO breaks or repairs. Features light patina throughout. Original leather case is also in great shape with just minor overall wear throughout. See pics.
