The medial toe has extra rubber to help withstand excessive wear and tear, and the forefoot is protected with high-abrasion rubber for added traction. The traditional U-throat design provides easy entry and adjustment, and an extra-padded tongue is constructed with breathable mesh for cool comfort. The GP Challenge 1.5 makes subtle but effective improvements over v1.
