Our dehydrated potato slices are a versatile product to have on hand. These slices are great to throw in your soups, stews and, of course, scalloped potatoes. Potato slices are great to fry to have as a delicious side dish for your meals. These slices are easy to work with when making your favorite casseroles and are just handy to have around. These are a need for your long term food storage!

Shelf Life: Should be stored at optimum conditions 60 degrees or less for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets product may store up to 20 years. Bulk products are not packaged for storage.

Directions: Cover desired amount of potato with hot water (1 part potato to 2 parts water). Cover and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer approximately 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well and use in recipes calling for sliced potatoes.
