It is our mission to help professionalize weightlifting coaching. 

This starts with equipping other weightlifting coaches with elite coaching skills. 

However, this is about more than just programming, progressions and planning. Professionalizing weightlifting coaching is about helping other coaches develop skills in meet coaching, sport psychology and running good businesses. 

We want to equip you with the skills, knowledge and tactics to be elite at coaching your weightlifters in training and competition, but also learn how to maximize your time to make a business that can sustain you. 

As a member of the the Weightlifting Mastermind you'll have weekly access to 3 World class coaches:

• Steve Fauer: Sr International coach and Coach of Olympic Gold Medalist Olivia Reeves
• Spencer Arnold: Sr International coach and Coach of 2x Olympian Jourdan Delazruz, and 2x Olympic Medalist Maude Charron
• Wil Fleming: Sr International Coach and Coach to Olympian and World Silver Medalist Mary Theisen Lappen

This first cohort is capped at 10 coaches. 

Members of the Weightlifting Coaches Project: Mastermind group will receive the following: 

• Access to a private Slack channel to ask questions of peers and mentors. . 
• Video review of their athletes to help you dial in your coaching eye
• Program review and consultation.
• Business Q & A's to help you dial in how to make a sustainable business. 
• Exclusive monthly presentations. 
• One in-person meeting with other members of the Mastermind, where we can learn from one another and train together. 

The First Cohort starts this October 15 and is capped at 10 coaches.
