How to use
Three necessary steps: dispersions, hydration, solution.
Disperse in water, stirring and heat to boil (100ºC), until its complete dissolved. When it cools down, it gelifies. Agar Agar gelatine maintains its texture at room temperature.
Recommended dosage:
Very soft texture 0.8g / 500ml
Soft texture 1.5g / 500ml
Hard texture 5g / 500ml
Very hard texture 7g / 500ml
