An antique ruby and diamond five stone ring. Set with five graduating round-cut rubies that amount to a total of 0.43 carats. The rubies are surrounded by a single row of old-cut diamonds that amount to a total 0.48 carats, the gemstones are finely set in the gold mounting. This ring boasts and unique boat-like shaped setting and hand-carved gallery and tapering shoulders. Tests as 18ct yellow gold circa 1905.
