Nimbo 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and matured in neutral French oak barrels. The beer was finished in freshly emptied tequila barrels.

X.O. 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Finished in freshly emptied cognac barrels.

Mackerel Skies 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Blend no. 2. 

Pampero 2022

A blend of 18 and 30 month old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. The beer was refermented on Aronia berries in barrel for 5 months. It was then blended back with further barrel stock before bottling.

The Stones 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on whole bunch Pinot Noir grown in Herefordshire. Finished with plum stones.

Obsidian 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Ben Tirran blackcurrants grown in Norfolk.

Damascene 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Damascene damsons grown in Worcestershire.

Red Tails 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on organic Driscoll Maravilla raspberries from Herefordshire, and sour Morello cherries from Kent.

Bramble, Thorn & Briar 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Driscoll Maravilla raspberries grown in Northamptonshire, and organic Driscoll Victoria blackberries grown in Herefordshire. 

The Pinots 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on wine grape pomace made up of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc. All grown in the UK.

Walled Gardens 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales brewed with malted barley and raw wheat. Spontaneously fermented and matured in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Sunny Cot apricots grown by a family run farm on the Isle of Wight.

Barbarian Lands 2023

A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old golden ales. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Refermented on Timperley Early rhubarb grown in Worcestershire.
