This is the latest machine from Sunmix. Same drivetrain and components as the Top Line but with programmable touch screen, reverse, light, and IR temperature sensor. Upgraded motors now so suitable for dough down to 50% hydration. An excellent machine for small/start-up bakeries. (Except the 50 model. This is only recommended for 60%+ hydration)
