A wonderfully elegant, pure and ultra-complex nose features aromas of red currant, dried flowers, anise, warm earth and sandalwood hints. The supple and equally refined medium weight flavors exhibit a very fine bead of minerality that runs the length of the wine to the precise and energetic finish that exudes a subtle saline character. I very much like the way the lacy flavors manage to convey such flavor authority. In sum, this is a classic Griotte that should amply reward 10 to 15 years of cellaring. (92-95)/2024+
