Learn how to make fresh pasta completely from scratch in this interactive cooking class! You’ll mix, knead, roll, and hand-cut your own pasta, then pair it with a pomodoro fresco—a bright, fresh tomato sauce made from ripe tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and herbs, gently warmed just enough to bring out its natural sweetness while keeping its vibrant, garden-fresh flavor.

At the end of the class, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the handmade pasta they created. You’ll leave with classic techniques that will instantly level up your home cooking at Little Olive Co.

What to expect:

• From 6pm to 8pm - 2 hour Family style cooking class
• You will work with others in a group of 10.
• While we dont offer alcoholic drinks, you can bring your own wine or beer.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email [email protected]. Cancellations made at least one week in advance are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations after this period, refunds are not available, but your ticket can be converted into a voucher for future use. Since our classes often sell out, we will also attempt to fill your spot from our waitlist. However, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or vouchers, as all class preparations are completed the day before.

To ensure classes take place, a minimum number of tickets must be purchased. If this requirement is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, you will be notified and given the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date.
