When we began developing the T10 lamp with the DNA of the L Ribbon LED headlight system, we first began by reviewing the conventional structure and drive system. For the drive circuit, we were able to fit all the circuits into a compact body by repeatedly testing and combining small, high-efficiency ICs, small inductors, and electronic components that can be used at high temperatures through trial and error. In addition, the LED chip is made of CREE's silicon carbide (SIC), which has higher resistance to high temperatures and a wider usable temperature range than conventional LED chips, allowing the LED lamp itself to light up. By increasing the temperature range, it has become possible to design and develop lamps that are not only fashionable but also bright.
