The vine age is 40-70 years from this cool higher site.  The use of oak is a mix of 1 to 4 year old barrels (no new oak).   Another citrus driven expression of Chardonnay from this estate, but also punctuated by herbiness & spearmint. It's taut & very long so look away if you are looking for more tropical expressions of Puligny - we are proper old school here. 

95 Points - Lisa Cardelli (The Wine Pilot) - "Aromatically, I'm all in. Chamomile flowers, pulverised rocks, yellow apples, freshly scooped butter, and bleached almonds. Pleasant phenolic bitterness, superb concentration, length and drive, with a rivulet of minerality moving through. From old vines of 55 years of age, only old oak usage. Cleverly done." Drink to 2035
