Designed by French designers Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Pier System is a multifunctional storage system developed to accommodate and quickly adapt to all our modern lifestyle requirements. Inspired by the allure of an immaculately organised wall, the Bouroullecs wanted to create a flexible storage system offering the user all the tools needed to perfectly compartmentalise their life. Nothing beats the artistic look of open shelving storage when it is done right.

The Pier System is made entirely from individual components (supplied as combinations), giving you infinite possibilities for how it can fit within your home or office space. Featuring a clever flat-pack design, the Pier System 2 Columns is comprised of three anodised aluminium uprights and two wall brackets with other parts such as shelves, shelves with hangers, cabinets, double-sided coat racks, wire shelves or work shelves in powder-coated steel and aluminium. Each element slides onto two uprights using a prepositioned bracket and the first completed shelving set is offered up to the wall as one, the additional parts are then positioned individually. A highly practical design; the pier system allows for adaptation to floor height variation, meaning it functions well on both fully flat and uneven floors thanks to height adjustable feet.

The flexible design allows the system to be extended or modified as needed and desired, making the most efficient use of your space possible. The Pier System 2 Columns is both a durable and versatile storage system design. It is available in a variety of colours and set configurations that can be used in any space from the living room, bedroom, hallway and workspace to the kitchen.

The Pier System 2 Columns is also available as 1 Column and 3 Column shelf sets and additional 'Add-On' sets which come supplied with only 1 upright.
