Every step, from fabric development to sewing, is completed domestically. The jeans are crafted from FOB FACTORY’s original 14.75oz selvedge denim, woven entirely from 100% Supima cotton. By using an exceptionally high yarn count, the fabric achieves both superior strength and supple flexibility that gradually conforms to the body, offering long-lasting comfort and durability.



Aging Gracefully into a One-of-a-Kind Piece
Designed to develop beautiful fades regardless of how it’s worn, this denim ages into a vintage-like patina that delights true denim enthusiasts. The rope-dyeing process—where only the outer layer of each yarn is dyed, leaving the core white—ensures authentic fading over time, revealing the deep character that only well-worn denim can achieve.





Details That Satisfy True Vintage Aficionados
The jeans feature a button-fly front with custom iron buttons engraved with the brand logo. Unlike brass or nickel buttons, iron develops a unique patina as it rusts—a natural aging process that adds depth and individuality to each pair.



Hidden rivets reinforce the back pockets, a detail once seen in Levi’s jeans from the 1930s–60s. Originally designed to prevent exposed rivets from scratching saddles or furniture, this feature embodies authentic vintage craftsmanship rarely found today.



The leather patch at the waistband is made from deerskin, as used on classic vintage denim. It symbolizes the brand’s belief in creating jeans that serve as a bridge between the maker and the wearer.
