Our freeze dried ground beef is a wonderful product to have in your long term food storage. This product can be used in any recipe calling for ground beef. This can be used in casseroles, sloppy joes, soups, and any dish that requires ground hamburger. It comes to you cooked and freeze dried so the nutrients are locked into the meat. Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 20 years. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.

Directions: For 1 serving, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup ground beef. Stir gently. Cover and let stand 5-10 minutes. Drain excess water and serve. Use in any recipe requiring cooked ground beef.
