A large, 1950s, mid century, French chandelier by Gênet et Michon. The polished brass frame has a beautiful aged patina and is very well made.  The 24 arms are in three-tiers - 6 positioned towards the ceiling, 6 below and 18 around the outside each holding the conical white mottled frosted shades by Sevre with five gilded triangular decoration on the outer edge of each shade.  The shades push into the conical holders which have tiny scrolls to hold them in place. An incredible and dramatic chandelier which is perfect as a feature light for most large rooms with  high ceiling.

The chandelier is in very good condition and is in full working order.
