Babbling rivers, rustling forests, cornfields swaying in the wind and a cute village here and there - that is Dorfromantik! The video game from the small developer studio Toukana Interactive has thrilled the gaming community since its Early Access in March 2021 and has already won all kinds of prestigious awards. Now Michael Palm and Lukas Zach transform the popular building strategy and puzzle game into a family game for young and old with Dorfromantik: The Board Game.

In Dorfromantik, up to six players work together to lay out hexagonal tiles to create a beautiful landscape and try to carry out the orders of the population, while at the same time building the longest possible track and river, as well as take into account the flags that score points in enclosed areas.

The better the players succeed in this, the more points they can score at the end. Over the course of the replayable campaign, points earned can be used to unlock new tiles hidden in initially locked boxes. These propose new, additional tasks and make it possible to get the high score higher and higher.
