Bases can be filled with concrete, sand or up to 22 gallons of water (11-1/2 gallons with the OSB models). Steel pipe sleeved with high-density thermoplastic included with bases (No holes to attach signs, these must be drilled by customer). Supports various signs (not included) from "No Parking", to "Stop Sign", and post is removable from base for easy storage.
