NETGEAR AV M4250-8G2XF-POE+ Desktop, 10 ports, 220W TPD

The NETGEAR M4250-8G2XF-PoE+ brings the AV Line's switching platform to a compact desktop chassis measuring 210 x 140 x 40mm and weighing 967g. Eight gigabit PoE+ ports and two SFP+ slots handle meeting rooms, podiums, and small production setups, while included flat brackets allow desktop, under-table, or wall placement.

Powered endpoints draw from a 220W total PoE budget, with each PoE+ port rated for up to 30W. NETGEAR IGMP Plus enables multicast for AV-over-IP out of the box, Auto-Trunk and Auto-LAG connect the unit automatically to other M4250 and M4300 switches, and the simplified AV GUI assigns profiles per port. The switch runs fanless or at a rated 3dB, and November 2023 firmware adds AVB transmission.
