HMS St Vincent shore establishment located in Gosport 1927. HMS St Vincent was a training establishment for boys and juniors in 1927.
On the outbreak of WWII, the boys in training were evacuated to the Isle of Man, while she became a training establishment for officers of the Fleet Air Arm and an overflow for the Royal Navy barracks. After the war, she reverted back to a boys training establishment until she was closed in 1968. St Vincent College now stands on the site.
