JO personnel wrote articles for Navy publications, produced ship and base newspapers, created radio and television programs, conducted interviews, photographed events, managed public affairs offices, and served as the link between the Navy and the media. They covered everything from routine operations to combat deployments, from humanitarian missions to technological achievements, ensuring that the Navy's story was told accurately and effectively.
