Osprey OG-12G-2SFC Dual 12G SDI to Fiber Converter

OG 12G 2SFC is a dual 12G SDI to fiber converter designed for openGear systems. It provides two 12G SDI inputs and converts them to two single mode fiber outputs using duplex LC connectors. The module includes an integrated reclocker and supports SMPTE fiber and SDI standards including HDR. Front LEDs show power and signal lock status.

The converter supports 1310nm wavelength with optical power minimum -5dBm and extinction ratio higher than 6dB. Cable equalization distances for Belden 1694A include 50m at 12Gbps, 100m at 6Gbps, 150m at 3Gbps, 265m at 1.5Gbps, and 330m at 270Mbps. It fits in a standard openGear single slot configuration.

Environmental ratings include operating temperatures from 0 to 40 C and storage temperatures from -40 to 60 C. The module is compatible with OGx and OG3 frames supporting up to 20 cards per frame, and with DFR8321 frames supporting up to 10 cards per frame. It includes the openGear card, rear module, and mounting hardware.
