Industrial Grade Concrete Floor Paint PU Resin Based Floor Concrete Paint

A single pack Anti Slip hard wearing, durable polyurethane resin based floor paint with added silica particles* for an effective anti-slip coating.

High durability against abrasion and impacts.

Designed to seal, protect and colour interior concrete floors in industrial and agricultural areas.

It provides a tough petrol and oil resistant finish with excellent durability while also providing great tyre pluck properties good for areas with forklifts and work vehicles.

Ideal for use in factories, garages and on workshop floors.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Ensure all surfaces are sound and clean, free from dust and flaking paint. 
Ensure surface is completely dry and free from condensation and damp.
Remove any loose or flaking paint.

If bare concrete is being painted it is advised a base coat of "Everest Trade polyurethane floor primer and sealer" is used to get the best results as the primer will provide a penetrating base coat for the top coat to anchor to.

 
COLOURS AVAILABLE:
Red, Blue, Black, White, Dark Grey, Grey, Light Grey, JCB Yellow and Green as well as British standard colours or RAL colours if ordered in bulk.

SPREADING RATE (Coverage):
Approximately 5 - 7 square metres per litre.
 
DRYING TIME
Under normal circumstances, it should be touch dry in 6 hours if well ventilated and conditions are dry.
 
APPLICATION:
Brush, Roller, or Spray.

Mix thoroughly before use with a paddle mixer drill attachment.

Two coats should be applied thinly and evenly to provide maximum hardness when dry and to minimise drying times.

Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application.

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS:
Store away from heat and naked flames. Secure lid between uses to prevent paint hardening.
 
THINNERS:
White Spirit or Turpentine Substitute can be used for thinning.
