The Bay Ruf BR ZN Waver is a zinc-head soft waver/vibration-style rig made for covering inshore water with more vibration and control than a plain soft plastic.

A steady retrieve is the starting point.

Let the head or blade do the work, then adjust speed to control depth and vibration.

Slow it down around structure or bait schools, and speed it up when fish are active and reacting to movement.

Short pauses can also make the soft body kick or drop in a way that triggers following fish.

It is strongest around flats, drains, reef edges, harbour walls, current seams, and baitfish schools.

It is less subtle than a weightless soft plastic, so if fish are extremely pressured in clear calm water, a quieter rig may be better.
