Marrying timeless aesthetics with natural comfort, the Lydford celebrates two of our favourite materials to work with: tactile natural fibres and solid timber. 

This plush, vertically fluted headboard takes its cues from 1950s upholstery, adding sculptural softness and subtly puffy, era-inspired detailing to your bedroom. Inside, the headboard is generously layered with recycled denim and organic wool, which we buy directly from farms on our doorstep in the southwest. This thoughtful combination provides soft, breathable support to create a healthy, fire retardant-free sleep environment.

Choose from our range of house fabrics, or source something special yourself. However you style it, this is furniture built for the long haul and the long lie-in. Because when something’s made with nature’s finest materials and proper craftsmanship, it’s built to last. The Lydford Headboard pictured above is upholstered in Kirkby Design Hampstead Powder fabric.

The Lydford Headboard is also available as a complete bed or bed base only.

Please note, as all of our beds are made by hand, there may be a variance of up to 3cm (+ / -) on the above dimensions. If you need your bed to be precisely the dimensions requested (to fit in an alcove, for example), please let us know when you place your order.
