Tangy, salty, nutty and umami with a hard crumbly texture that gently melts in your mouth. Add shavings to your soup or salad, grate some onto hot pasta or add slices to a cheeseboard with some apricot preserve.

This is a refrigerated product. After opening store in an airtight container in your refrigerator and use within 10 days. Do not freeze as freezing will disrupt the creamy texture of the cheese. In order to guarantee fresh delivery, all orders outside Maharashtra are shipped from Monday-Wednesday. This ensures the cheese does not get stuck over the weekend and lose its temperature control.
