Size Guide
our pack size measurements refer to the length of the back panel from the highest point between the shoulder straps to the bottom of the panel when pulled taut.
generally speaking the 16-17" torso length packs can be understood as a small and the 19" torso length packs as a medium/large.
if you're ~5'8" and above, the 19" packs will generally fit well.
if you're under ~5'8" the 16-17" packs tend to fit well.
if you are on the shorter side but have a broader chest, the 19" pack may fit better because of the longer shoulder straps we use on the large packs.
most people will prefer the 19" pack if using the hipbelt often so the hipbelt can be more in line with your hips.
when worn hipbelt-less, we prefer the shoulder straps to be more cinched so the pack rides higher.
if using the hipbelt, shoulder straps can be loosened a bit to sag the pack and transfer some weight to your hips.
