The BONOMI SERIES 760021 2-WAY ST. ST. BODY ANSI CLASS 150 FLANGED SPLIT BODY BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is an innovative assembly designed for hot water, steam, oil, and gas applications. The valve features a stainless steel ANSI 150 split body flanged for steam, full port, and sizes 1/2” to 12”. It also has a blow out proof stem design, P.T.F.E. seats, packing and thrust washer, standard grounded ball and stem, PED 97/23/CE, locking handle plate, ANSI B16.5, B16.10, B16.34 design, fire safe API 6FA-API 607 4th edition, and ISO 5211 mounting pad and double “D” stem.

The actuator is made of hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion (not casting), 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi, maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi, working temperature of -4°F - 302°F, and no lubrication maintenance required for the entire actuator lifetime. It is also 100% factory tested.
