Ingredients:  Proprietary enzyme blend, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, maltodextrin, emulsifier: medium-chain triglyceride oil (from coconut and palm oil). May contain nuts (coconut).

Directions for use:  One capsule 10 - 15 minutes before eating food that causes flatulence. If necessary, 1 - 3 capsules daily before meals. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
