📜 Rules & Guidelines

• Ensure your registration email matches your submission email.

• Double-check your category and level before purchase — changes after submission will not be accepted.

• Each entry must include a visible note: “OSCARS 2026.”

• Only clear, high-quality photos will be accepted (no filters, watermarks, or logos).

• Previously published work will not be accepted.

• Entries received after the deadline will not be judged.

🏅 DIVISIONS

Lash & Brow Categories

• Junior — up to 2 years experience

• Master — 2–3 years experience

• Pro — over 3 years experience, including educators/trainers

• Fantasy / Lash Art — one level for all

PMU Signature Categories

PMU is open-level — each artist competes within their chosen area:
💎 Signature Brows · 💋 Signature Lips · 👁️ Signature Eyeliner

All participants are judged equally on artistry, technique, precision, and healed result quality, ensuring fair assessment across experience levels.

✨ NEW FOR 2026 — Healed Result Add-On
Participants can now enter an additional Healed Result round to showcase their work after healing.
This optional add-on gives artists the chance to win the exclusive Judge’s Choice: Best Healed Result Award, recognising pigment retention, colour stability, and long-term beauty.

🪄 Add this option when entering any PMU Signature category —
you’ll submit healed photos later in the competition for separate evaluation and an additional trophy.

⚠️ Additional Information

• Competition fees are non-refundable.

• Once registered, division changes are not allowed — please double-check before purchase.

• Winners’ names may be reclassified or changed if submitted in the wrong category.

• If you become a newly qualified trainer during the competition, please email to update your level to PRO.
