Since true artisanal Mezcal is hand crafted as described and unlike other industrialized spirits which place emphasis predominantly on high yields compromising quality by utilizing means and methods which have no soul or spirit; stripping away the very essence of what defines Mexico.

Bosscal Joven Mezcal is 100% Artisanal & Handcrafted. Slow cooked with volcanic rock in artisanal earth ovens. Agave is ground by hand with axes and fermented in oak wood vats. Double distilled in stainless steel stills.

Un-aged. Excellent Agave durangensis from Durango. Think passion fruit. Very unique nose, a bit herbal, with flowers and minerals quickly becoming all tropical fruit. Tart and sweet at the same time – like passion fruit. Passion fruit with light banana influence and some subtle kiwi for good measure. Light smoke; very crisp taste. Smooth with citrus, blood orange flavours. The tartness of the nose carries to the palate creating great balance.
