This deep blue gin is distilled with single origin juniper and elderflowers from the high altitude Rhodope mountains in Bulgaria. Carefully distilled using spring water and a touch of honey. Madagascan vanilla smooths out the palette for a long complex finish. This gin has to age for several months after distillation and when it is ready it is infused with butterfly pea flowers from farmers in central Thailand.

Butterfly pea flowers and elderflowers are a match made in heaven and the hint of honey brings them both together without making it sweet. The flavour is deep and smooth - perfect for cocktails but also great neat on ice to sip & contemplate life's little wonders.

This gin will change colour from blue to purple and pink with a splash of tonic water or citrus. The colour comes from butterfly pea flowers which are grown for Wild Hibiscus Flower Distilling Co by contract farmers in central Thailand.
