Halcyon is a deep, full bodied blend of coffees from Asia, Central, and South America that carries the deeply sweet, caramelized flavor profiles of a darker roasted coffee without the charring. We use high altitude and high quality beans in this blend that allow us to go to a darker roast level while still retaining the natural character within the coffee.

For Every 12oz bag of Open Seas Coffee purchased, 10% of the profits are invested back into sustainable coffee farming projects and communities. With an average of 210L of clean drinking water per 12oz bag we've contributed an estimated 1million liters of potable water into schools and villages.
