Dosage

• Take 2 tablets daily with meals.

Warnings

• Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
• Camellia sinensis may, in rare cases, harm the liver. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience yellowing skin/eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
• Andrographis may cause taste disturbance, appetite loss, vomiting, or abdominal discomfort. Stop taking if adverse symptoms develop and seek medical advice.
• Andrographis may cause allergic reactions, including severe reactions (such as anaphylaxis); discontinue use and seek immediate medical attention if this occurs.
• Caffeine intake of more than 200 mg daily is not recommended during pregnancy or lactation. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine.
• Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or over a long period.
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
