Each vegetarian capsule contains 40 mg of black cohosh standardized to 2.5% of triterpene glycosides, the main active constituents. Recommended adult dose: 1–2 capsules daily or as directed by a health care practitioner

Each capsule contains: 

Medicinal ingredient: Black Cohosh Extract (Cimicifuga racemosa)
(rhizome and root) (2.5% triterpene glycosides) 40 mg

Non-medicinal: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (cellulose, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
