With a simple twist, you can mix the compartments without spilling. This is a user-friendly solution. Both containers have separate lids, so they stay clean. Moreover, the lids fit both containers, so you don't have to search for the right lid. The transparent container on top has a 200 ml capacity, which is enough for about 75 grams of muesli or fruit. The bottom container has a 500 ml capacity, more than enough for noodles or yogurt. The Mepal lunch pot can also be used as a handy soup container for on the go.
