Organic Wheat Flour: Just Organik Whole Wheat Flour (Aata) is soft in texture and prepared by finely milling Organic whole wheat grains. It is a wholesome flour as it uses up the whole grain including the bran, germ and endosperm and is ground using the old styled chakki (stone mill) method.

More Carbs and more Fiber: Whole Wheat flour is a good source of carbohydrates, which acts as a fuel to provide energy for day to-day work. Since the whole wheat grain is used to prepare the flour, it naturally contains a good amount of dietary fiber (mostly present in bran and germ).

Preferred choice: It can be used to prepare breads, chapatis, poori, sheera, flatbreads, pastas, cookies and other baked products.
