Every culture has some kind of fermented foods including those south of the equator. Our variation on the South American favourite curtido has just a hint of heat with some red pepper flakes, jalapeño peppers, and mexican oregano. Not as spicy as our kimchi, most people are surprised at how flavorful it is.

Suggested use: Everyone love taco tuesday but you hate the prep and the clean up? Meet your new best friend. It’s the perfect topper for tacos and buddha bowls. Or try it in a wrap or on the side of egg dishes.

Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrots, Onions, Jalapeño pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Mexican Oregano, Himalayan Salt. That’s It.
