Strong gel glue 2 x 2 g

Suitable for:
Ideal for gluing small areas. Bonds most solid and flexible supports, as well as many plastic materials such as rigid PVC, ABS, PS, Plexiglas®, polycarbonate (Makrolon®), phenolic resins (Bakelite®), leather, porcelain, ceramic, metal, wood, cork, felt, textile (try first) and rubber. Only partially suitable for glass (after a certain time, the assembly becomes brittle and is therefore weakened).

Not suitable for:
Not suitable for PE, PP, silicone resins (Si) and rubbers, PTFE, Styrofoam, leather clothing and fabric.

Before using strong glue:

Implementation conditions:
Do not use at temperatures below +10°C. The glue responds best when the air humidity varies between 50 to 70%.

Surface requirements:
The elements to be glued must be dry, clean, free of dust and grease and fit perfectly.

Pre-treatment of surfaces:
Dust, oil, grease, wax or other release agents must be completely removed from the surfaces to be joined. The best way to do this is to scrub the components several times using suitable solvents, such as acetone (if suitable for the material - check first!). In general, sanding metals and metal alloys with sandpaper or brushing or grinding them is sufficient.

Use of strong glue:

Manual :
1. To pierce the membrane, firmly twist the cap clockwise on the tube. Tip: Do not press on the tube while drilling.
2. Unscrew the cap to reveal the applicator. Apply the glue directly from the tube, using the nozzle, as thinly as possible on one side (too much glue significantly slows down the hardening process). Press the pieces together immediately. After use, clean the tip with a dry cloth and replace the cap.

Tips:
When bonding takes place in light humidity, the drying time can be reduced by briefly exhaling on one of the parts to be joined. The best results are obtained when bonding is carried out at room temperature.

After using strong glue:

Tasks/leftovers:
Remove excess glue immediately with a dry cloth or similar. After hardening, it is very difficult to remove glue stains. Acetone only dissolves glue very slowly.

Storage conditions :
Store in a cool, dry and frost-free place. Storing the product at a temperature below +5°C (in the refrigerator) guarantees the longest shelf life.
