The Rhum J.M Epices Creoles is the last in a series of three cocktail focused special releases for the distillery, the "Atelier des Rhums" series, each exploring different flavor profiles achieved through various cask treatments and types. While the Jardin Fruité presents the rich and fruity side and the Fumée Volcanique uses heavy barrel char to lend a big hit of smoke, Épices Créoles impresses with warm and spicy notes.

Notes of vanilla bean, honey, gingerbread, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, chili, and nutmeg. Bottled at 46% abv.
