Lasdrop's Elite dripless prop shaft seal assembly with back-up seal replaces 1 1/4 in. shaft x 2 1/2 in. stern tube traditional style packing box to prevent water from entering into the bilge.

• The Lasdrop Elite features a back up seal and housing that allows for future replacement of the seal without removal of the prop shaft or the dripless seal assembly
• Incorporates a water lubricated alignment bearing to properly align the unit to the shaft and a seal that is in constant low friction contact with the shaft which prevents water intrusion
• Compact lip seal designed for quick and easy installation
• Split-face makes it easy to replace inner lip seal with an optional back-up seal
• Seal housing is constructed of durable copolmer with built-in water lubricated bearing insuring proper shaft alignment
• Seal case encompassing back-up seal that rotates freely on the shaft until replacement is needed
• Utilizes premium blue silicone polyester reinforced hose
• Hose barbs are constructed of solid brass and are coated to prevent corrosion
• Hose clamps are manufactured of 316 stainless steel with indentations rather than perforations providing twice the tensile strength and eliminating friction as in regular clamps
• Two hose clamps provide for each connection point
• Virtually no metal to metal contact eliminates the risk of electrolysis
