✦ Step One: Upload necessary evidence. You will need to upload necessary evidence, including a copy of your GP records if appropriate, your photo ID and provide a brief note explaining the background and purpose of the letter. You can also upload a short video explaining your condition and reason for the certificate.  

✦ Step Two: GP assessment. Once you have submitted your request, our experienced GPs will assess the situation and the evidence you have provided. If needed, they may even carry out a video consultation to gather more information.

✦ Step Three: Notification and Delivery. After our GPs have assessed your case, you'll receive prompt notification by email and SMS once your letter is generated. If you need the letter urgently, our support team is available to assist you with an extra fee.
