B) This is a refrigerated product. We try to courier such products early in the week e.g. Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so as to avoid the parcel being stuck in the courier depots over the weekend. While the Couriers aim for our urgent parcels to be delivered overnight, sometimes the deliveries can take an extra day or so due to unforeseen circumstances.

So we cannot guarantee you will receive it overnight and in a cold condition. Most refrigerated medicines allow for it be used if it has become warm within 28 days after which it should be discarded.
