Broken Ground contains a collection of five different-sized rocks, two fallen tree trunks, one stump, and two area mats.

The pieces can be used on the area mats to represent an area of rocky and uneven ground that is "difficult" to cross. Alternatively, the pieces can be scattered across the table separately, providing cover and hiding places in your landscapes.

The area mats are double-sided with a patch of rocky ground on one side, perfect for representing difficult ground, and overgrown flagstones on the other. The flagstones might be used as a path or with rocks as part of ancient ruins.)
