160MM (6.3") Ductile Rolling Mill

The largest mill produced in the ULTRA Series of ductile housed mills by Pepetools, this machine is powered by the proprietary high torque, high speed gearbox found on the entire Pepetools range. Ductile housing is necessary for a machine of this caliber, the process produces a frame that is dense, lightweight (agile), and stronger than the traditional cast "grey iron" found on the market today. Pepetools is also the only manufacturer capable of producing a full 65MM diameter roll. Most other import models are limited to 60MM which reduces the flatness of the rolled piece. Larger circumference = more surface area!
