Warnings

• Discontinue if conception occurs
• Due to Licorice:
  • Caution is advised in those taking thiazide or loop diuretics
  • Caution in individuals with elevated liver enzymes taking immunosuppressants
  • Contraindicated in hypertension and oedema

• Patients taking high doses of St John's Wort:
  • Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight or artificial UVA light
