Useful Tip: Cut out a piece of paper to 9cm x 18cm and fold it in half to form an L-shape. This represents the internal footprint and height of the box to help check your products fit within. It isn’t an exact science but works well for fixed-size items such as glass bottles or candles.

Full Material Specifications

• 1000g recycled greyboard (approx. 2.3mm thickness).
• Covered fully inside and outside with 157gsm white art paper with matt lamination.
• 5cm depth front flap with 2 x concealed magnetic closures.
• Flat folding with full coverage base sticky patch to affix the box body to the jacket.
• Separate 600g greyboard insert with 140g white woodfree paper top surface layer, die-cut with a 6cm diameter hole.
• 70cm length x 2.5cm width white polyester grosgrain ribbon pre-threaded through one slot. Ribbon can easily be removed and replaced.
• Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 3mm tolerance.
• Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and, ideally, ensuring you are in receipt of the bulk order.
