As a modular head it stacks onto whichever Manitowoc storage bin or ice dispenser fits your space, so you size production and storage independently to your peak.

Full dice cube is the slow-melting, high-displacement standard for bars, restaurants, and bagging, and it holds its shape in a glass without watering the drink down.

This is the air-cooled model, the simplest to install: it needs only power, water, and a drain, plus clearance for airflow around the cabinet.
